Funding. Flexibility. Freedom to choose.

Community Living Hamilton offers certain programs and services on a fee-for-service basis. This means that people with developmental disabilities can access valuable learning and recreational opportunities with the direct funding they receive from either the Ministry of Community and Social Services (Passport) or the Ministry of Children Community and Social Services  (Special Services At Home).

Put your Passport or SSAH funding to work with qualified staff and program choices that suit your needs.

One-to-one staffing offers individual support to people with intellectual disabilities. We perform an initial assessment then develop a tailor-made plan for a set number of staff hours. An hourly rate is charged.

Children’s Respite options provide weekend day respite and Summer Day Camp offerings for children with special needs. Both options are facilitated by highly trained staff and include outings and on-site activities to keep participants active and stimulated.
