City QuestSeptember 18, 20089:00 am - 5:00 pm The John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport CityQuest returns for its third straight year. This is one amazing race which has teams travelling across Hamilton collecting items, answering trivia questions and performing tasks - all in an effort to raise funds for youth Each item collected, trivia question answered, task completed will earn you points - and it’s the team with the most points that will win the Grand Prize.
CityQuest is a joint project between The John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport, Cable 14 and the United Way of Burlington & Greater Hamilton. Proceeds raised from this event will be directed to programs and services that support some of our most vulnerable citizens ... our children. One in four children in our community lives in poverty. Last year more than 65,000 children and youth participated in United Way funded programs. This involvement leads to higher academic success and avoids more costly future interventions. Together we can improve these statistics, together we can change lives...because a community is not truly great until it is great for everyone!!!
