Transitional Employment Program
With the support of a Community Placement Specialist, the individual will develop an action plan identifying vocational interests, abilities, goals, and the supports required to ensure success. The Community Placement Specialist assists the individual in securing and maintaining work experience and/or volunteer opportunities within their community.

• Work experience and volunteer opportunities
• Assistance in securing community placement
• Site-specific training and skills development
• Support coordination
