Employment Supports

Community Living Hamilton is an approved service provider for ODSP Employment supports. The Coordinator of Employment Supports will assist new referrals in developing an employment plan. The plan identifies the training and support needs of the individual, in order to achieve their employment goal. Each person will be assigned a Community Placement Specialist who will assist them in completing the steps outlined in their Employment Plan, in order to achieve the outcome of securing and maintaining employment.
